CONGRATULATIONS CONFIRMANDS!!!
We had a wonderful confirmation service last Sunday. It was an awesome celebration!!! A big thank you to all the confirmands, parents, HUMC Staff, and HUMYF Adult Leaders for their part in the Confirmation Class this year.
We have a great new group entering HUMYF. Thanks to all of the youth who have already made them a part of our family!
Pray for Brianna Ralston and Family
Brianna has been in out of the Hospital for the last few weeks. She has and is undergoing various procedures on her back. The initial surgery was successful, but there have been some infections. She has been in a lot of pain, as well.
I visited earlier this week. She has received meds that are helping to minimize some of the pain and allowing her to rest. The family is hopeful that she will be able to return home early next week. One of the tough parts is when they have to cut back on the meds and the pain level can increase.
Be in prayer for God’s healing hand, that the infections will disappear, and the pain will be minimal or non-existent. Also be in prayer for the family for rest and peace.
If you would like to encourage Brianna and the family, visit their Caring Bridge site. They have a guest book that you can sign up for and send messages too. I know that it would be greatly appreciated. Her Caring Bridge Site is the best way to stay updated on how she is doing.
Also, remember to pray for Joelle Keiter who is having her tonsils taken out on Friday of this week.

If you are planning to go the Rock & Worship Road Show this Sunday, let us know so we can have enough transportation. If there are any adults/parents that would like to go and provide transportation, we would appreciate it. All HUMYF Adult Leaders who are going please come ready to drive. You may not have to, but we don’t have the bus, so we will need plenty of vehicles for the Caravan.
Remember to bring $10 for concert, and money for food and merchandise (if you need t-shirts-cd’s). We will leave at 1:30pm. Meet out in front of building 100.
Just wanted to invite all the HUMYF to come to 9:15am and/or 11am worship services this week to support the confirmands on their confirmation into the church.
In order to complete the Baptism and Confirmation Certificates, the church office advises that the attached forms need to be completed asap. If your child has not been Baptized, please complete the Baptism Form, as well as the New Member Information-Confirmation Class Form. If you aren’t going to be at church on Sunday, please complete and mail these form(s) to:
